About Us

The Lir Bed Company is an Irish company based in Wicklow. It is headed up by Geoff Evans. Originally Geoff set up the website Lir Marketing which specialises in selling beds and mattresses.

Due to the unprecedented success of this web site in June of 2009 Geoff acquired the rights to sell Fatboy Bean Bags within Ireland. Fatboy Bean Bags was soon born and has proven to be a massive success with both kids and adults. If you are looking to buy an original fatboy bean bag then the fatboy site is the place to go.

After further examination of the Irish market Geoff saw an opportunity to sell sofa beds and futon beds online at an affordable price. In Septemberr 2009 Sofa Beds was created.

In October 2009 Geoff continued further expansion of his product range and launched Kids Beds which carries a vast range of girls beds, boys beds, bunk beds and sleepers.
